BorgWarner has been recognized as one of America’s Best Employers for Engineers 2025, according to Forbes. The award was presented in collaboration with Statista and was announced on November 20, 2024. The company explained that America’s Best Employers for Engineers are identified in an independent survey from a sample of over 28,000 U.S. employees from all industry sectors working for companies employing at least 1,000 people within the U.S.

BorgWarner explained that scores are based on two types of evaluations: personal (those given by employees themselves) and public (those given by friends and family members of employees, or members of the public who work in the same industry).
