Reserve Your Booth
Booth space is assigned during an online drawing and assignments are based on seniority with AAPEX (view order), booth configuration and membership status in one of our show owner associations. The deadline to qualify for the space drawing is April 12, 2024.
Booth Space Fees
Auto Care Association, MEMA, ATRA and/or NARSA members: | $32.00 per sq. ft. |
Non-members: | $55.00 per sq. ft. |
Additional Corner Charges:
- Island booth (open on all sides): $4,300
- Peninsula booth (corner, open on three sides): $2,000
- Linear/Standard booth with corner: $300
Island configurations and corner booths for linear/standard booths are not guaranteed. Corner charges are not added to invoices until after booths are assigned. A minimum of 50% of your total cost is due with your contract. An invoice for the remaining 50% will be sent when your application is received. All booths must be paid in full by June 7, 2024. Please do not complete an application if you are participating with a pavilion group.
*To receive the member rate on booth space as a NARSA member, a company can only exhibit in the Mobile Heat Transfer, Heating, Air Conditioning and Diesel Emissions section.
